Refund policy
No Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products and strict hygiene and quality standards, Royal Flosss does not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered. However, in the event that a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a genuine quality-related issue, customers may be eligible for a replacement in accordance with our Replacement Policy. All such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the necessary details and supporting photographs/videos for verification.
