Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we ship your Royal Flosss wedding gift boxes.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the earliest.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard Delivery: 7-9 business days (depending on your location).
Express Delivery: 5-7 business days (available in select cities).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹50.
Express Shipping: ₹80.
Final shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment status.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at +91 78289 66755. In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a resolution.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
8. Cancellation & Address Change
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped.
Address changes are subject to feasibility and should be requested as soon as possible.
